What is Secret Sales?

Secret Sales is a premium discount retail platform offering fashion, accessories, homeware, and lifestyle products from high-end brands at exclusive prices. As a growing online destination for luxury items at outlet prices, Secret Sales partners with approved sellers to provide customers with a wide product range. Integrating your Secret Sales store with Neuro ensures streamlined operations, reduced manual tasks, and accurate multi-channel stock control.

Obtaining Your Secret Sales API Credentials

To set up Secret Sales in Neuro, you'll need:

  • API Key

  • API URL

📌 Note: These credentials are issued during onboarding. If you haven't received them, please reach out to your Secret Sales account manager or support contact.

Locate Your API URL

Your API URL is typically based on your seller portal’s base address.
Example: https://secretsales.marketplace.com

Generate Your API Key

  1. Log in to your Secret Sales seller portal.

  2. Click your profile name in the top-right corner.

  3. Navigate to User Settings > API Key.

  4. Click Generate to create your API key.

  5. Copy and store the key securely.

Installing the Secret Sales Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to connect Secret Sales as a channel in your Neuro account:

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • Click View Store to edit an existing store,

  • Or click + ADD to create a new one. Name the store and click the pencil icon to configure it.

Step 3: Add Secret Sales as a Channel

  • In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  • From the available channels list, select Secret Sales.

Enter the Following Details

  • Channel Name: Choose a descriptive name (e.g., “Secret Sales UK”).

  • Account Nominal Code (Optional): For internal accounting use. Leave blank if not applicable.

  • API URL: Enter your full seller portal base URL.

  • API Key: Paste the API key you generated earlier.

Additional Configuration

Depending on your setup, you may also configure:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

  • Dispatch Rules (if applicable)

Click Save once all required fields and options are completed.

Activating the Channel

Once saved:

  • Return to the Secret Sales channel overview.

  • Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the connection.
