2. Get Products and Synchronise Stock Across All Sales Channels
Neuro allows you to download product information and update stock levels across all your sales channels in a unified JSON format, regardless of the platform. This ensures that your product and inventory data is up-to-date and consistent across all channels.
Steps for Product Synchronisation:
Product Download: Retrieve product details from all connected channels.
Stock Synchronisation: Automatically update stock levels across platforms.
Smart Stock Control: Enable Smart Stock Control features for seamless inventory management without manual intervention.
For further details on syncing products and stock levels, visit the Products page.

3. Smart Stock Control
Smart Stock Control offers an advanced level of abstraction for managing stock levels across multiple channels. It ensures that stock data is automatically updated across all sales platforms without requiring manual back-office input.
Steps to Enable Smart Stock Control:
Configure Settings: Turn on "Download Products", "Add to Main Products", and "Auto Sync Stock" under the Stock Management section.
Sync Across Channels: Neuro will handle all stock control tasks and synchronise stock levels without further input. You can find more information about additional channel settings.
If using Hosted Pages, you can include these settings via custom input configurations. For more information on Smart Stock Control, refer to our guides.

4. Kit Mapping
Kit Mapping allows you to sell products individually or as part of a larger kit or product grouping. Neuro supports kit mapping with flexible item quantities, making it easier for you to expand your back-office system’s functionality without the need for costly development.
Steps for Kit Mapping:
Enable Kit Mapping: Set up kit groupings for your products in the Neuro interface.
Adjust Quantities: Configure variable kit item quantities based on your product offerings.

5. Order Filtering
Neuro provides advanced order filtering capabilities, allowing you to tailor the orders you receive based on specific criteria. By default, only orders that are ready for despatch are imported, but you can adjust the settings for more customisation.
Steps for Order Filtering:
Default Filtering: Orders that are ready for despatch are imported by default.
Custom Filtering: Enable settings to filter orders by Country and SKU, or import orders that are not paid or ready for despatch.
Channel-Specific Filters: Configure these filters on a per-channel basis.
To explore more filtering options, refer to our Additional Channel Settings guide.

6. Channel Grouping
Channel Grouping allows you to manage multiple brands or companies within one account. This is especially useful for fulfilment providers, as it enables you to maintain clear segregation between different channels while offering the flexibility to apply specific filtering rules per group.
Steps for Channel Grouping:
Create Separate Stores: Set up a unique store for each brand or company you manage.
Apply Specific Filtering Rules: Establish filtering rules specific to each store or group.
For additional information on setting up Channel Grouping, please consult our Stores Page Documentation.
