What is Baby Bunting?

Baby Bunting is Australia’s leading specialty retailer for baby products, serving parents and families with a wide range of nursery furniture, prams, car seats, feeding accessories, toys, clothing, and essential baby care items. Through its supplier and marketplace platforms, Baby Bunting enables approved sellers to manage product catalogues, maintain accurate inventory, and support seamless fulfilment in a fast-growing parent-focused retail environment.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Baby Bunting

To connect Baby Bunting to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:

  • API Key

  • API URL

Note:

If you don’t yet have these details, please log in to your Baby Bunting seller account or contact your account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to the Marketplace seller portal.

  2. Navigate to the API / Integration Settings section.

  3. Copy the base API URL assigned to your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. In the seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to User Settings > API Key.

  3. Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.

⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Baby Bunting Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure Baby Bunting in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
    Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to open the store settings.

Step 3: Add Baby Bunting as a Channel

  1. In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  2. Select Baby Bunting from the list of available channels.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

Enter the required details:

  • Channel Name: For example, “Baby Bunting”.

  • API URL: Paste the base API URL from your supplier portal.

  • API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

Optional settings depending on your integration needs include:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

Click Save when complete.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  1. After saving, you will return to the Baby Bunting channel overview.

  2. Toggle Is Active at the top to enable the integration.
