What is Superdrug?

Superdrug is one of the UK’s leading health and beauty retailers, offering a wide range of skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and wellness products. With a loyal customer base and a strong online presence, Superdrug’s marketplace enables approved third-party sellers to reach shoppers across the UK. By connecting your Superdrug seller account to Neuro, you can automate your order processing, maintain accurate stock levels, and reduce the risk of overselling - all from a single platform.

Obtaining Your Superdrug API Credentials

To configure Superdrug in Neuro, you will need the following:

  • API Key

  • API URL

📌 Note: If you have not received these credentials, please contact your Superdrug onboarding manager or partner representative to request access.

Locate Your API URL

Your API URL is typically based on your seller portal’s root address.
Example: https://superdrug.marketplace.com

Generate Your API Key

  1. Log in to your Superdrug seller portal.

  2. Click your profile name in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to User Settings > API Key.

  4. Click Generate to create a new API key.

  5. Copy and securely store this key, as it grants access to your sales data.

Installing the Superdrug Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow these steps to add Superdrug to your Neuro account:

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • Navigate to the left-hand menu and click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If you already have a store, click View Store.

  • To create a new one, click + ADD, enter a name, and click the pencil icon to edit the store.

Step 3: Add Superdrug as a Channel

  • In the Channels section of your store, click + ADD.

  • Select Superdrug from the list of available sales channels.

Enter the Following Details

  • Channel Name: Choose a name that's easy to recognise internally (e.g., “Superdrug UK”).

  • Account Nominal Code (Optional): For accounting use. Leave blank if not applicable.

  • API URL: Paste the root URL from your seller portal.

  • API Key: Paste the API key you generated from your account.

Additional Configuration Options

You may also wish to enable or adjust:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

  • Dispatch Notifications (if required)

Once all information has been entered, click Save.

Activating the Channel

Once saved:

  • You’ll return to the Superdrug channel overview screen.

  • Toggle the Is Active switch at the top to enable the channel.

Your Superdrug sales channel is now successfully connected to Neuro. Orders, inventory levels, and fulfilment updates will now sync automatically based on your setup.
