What is Wiesh

Wish is a popular online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers from around the world. It specialises in offering a wide range of affordable products, focusing on cheap electronics, fashion items, and home goods. Sellers on Wish can list their products for sale, and buyers can browse through the platform's extensive selection and purchase items directly from the sellers. The platform is known for its user-friendly interface, personalised recommendations, and frequent promotions, making it an attractive option for bargain shoppers looking to save money on various products. Wish is available as a website and a mobile app, and its popularity has continued to proliferate in recent years, particularly among younger consumers.

Obtaining your API Keys from Wish

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Wish merchant login page at https://merchant.wish.com/login.

  2. Log in to your Wish merchant account using your email address and password.

  3. Once logged in, locate the menu button on the top left side of the page and click on it.

  4. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings" and then click "API".

  5. Scroll down the page until you find the "Private app" section, and click "Register a private app".

  6. On the "Register a Private App" page, enter a name for your private app in the "App Name" field. Then, in the "Redirect URL" field, enter the link:

    https://staging.heyneuro.io/authorization/wish.

  7. Finally, tick the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.

  8. After filling in all the details, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

  9. Congratulations! You have successfully registered a private app on your Wish merchant account. Your Client ID (Client Key) and Client Secret are on the "Private App" page.

Installing the Wish Sales Channel

To add the Wish sales channel to your Neuro account, kindly adhere to the following steps:

  1. Access your account and go to the left side of the screen. Click the "Stores" button.

  2. If you already have a store, click "View Store" on the right side of the screen to access it.

  3. To edit an existing store, click the edit button on the right side. If you need to create a new store, click "+ ADD" above, name it, and use the edit button to make changes.

  4. Click "+ ADD" in the channels section to begin the installation.

  5. A window will appear in the centre of the screen. Choose "Wish" from the available channels list.

  6. Provide the required information:

    • Channel Name: In the field provided, you can enter any name. However, it is recommended to choose a name that has to mean to you, such as "Wish," as it will serve as an apparent reference for the source of the order in the future.

    • Client Key & Secret: Please enter the information you obtained through your Wish platform earlier.

    • Fulfilment Origin Country: You must fill in an important field correctly. When a customer chooses a courier company other than the ones Wish accepts, Wish requests a distinction between shipments made within the same country and shipments made to a different country. So, you need to use the ISO code of the country where your shipments will be made. For example, if your shipments are made to Italy, you must enter "IT" in this field.

  7. After filling out the fields, customise other options, then click "Save" in the bottom-right corner.

  8. Click "Copy Connect Link" to copy a URL. Paste it in your browser's navigation bar to reach the Wish connection page.

  9. Follow the channel connection page instructions:

    • Click "Connect."

    • Proceed with the Wish integration by following the instructions.

  10. Once connected, return to Neuro by clicking "Continue."

  11. You'll be back in the recently installed channel. Activate it at the top of the screen using the "Is Active" button.

Congratulations! You've successfully set up your Wish sales channel on Neuro.

You can now sell products on Wish and manage orders from your Neuro dashboard.
