Obtaining API Credentials

To set up the MNP plugin, you must obtain API credentials. Please contact your MNP account manager to acquire the necessary authentication details.

Installing the MNP Plugin on Neuro

To install and configure the MNP plugin in Neuro, follow these steps:

1. Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. Navigate to the left-side menu and select "Stores".

2. Select or Create a Store

  1. To modify an existing store, click the edit button next to the desired store.

  2. To create a new store:

    • Click "+ ADD".

    • Name your store and save it.

    • Click the edit button to configure the settings.

3. Install the MNP Plugin

  1. In the Plugins section, click "+ ADD".

  2. A pop-up window will appear.

  3. Select "MNP" from the list of available integrations.

4. Configure Plugin Settings

Fill in the required details:

  • Plugin Name: Assign a meaningful name, ideally related to your store, to easily identify this integration.

  • Client Code: Enter the unique identifier provided by MNP during registration or setup.

  • Customer Alias: Input your customer alias used within the MNP platform.

  • Site ID: Provide the identifier specific to the site instance you are integrating with MNP.

  • Campaign Code: Enter the campaign code used for tracking within MNP.

  • API Key: Input the API key obtained from MNP for authentication.

Stock Management Settings

1. Add Products to MNP

Enabling this option synchronises your store products with MNP, ensuring seamless product data transfer. If you are importing products from a sales channel (e.g., TikTok), you must first activate the product download option from that channel before enabling this setting.

2. Download Products

Activating this feature allows the plugin to:

  • Fetch product details from MNP and generate corresponding products within Neuro.

  • Retrieve product stock levels from MNP every 3 minutes to keep inventory data up to date.

3. Auto Sync Stock

Enabling this ensures that stock levels across all connected channels in your Neuro store are regularly updated with the latest quantities received from MNP.

4. Order Management

  • Allow Order Split - allow orders to be split into multiple shipments, this only affects splittable orders.

  • Push Orders to Plugin

Finalising the Setup

  1. After entering all required details, click "Save" at the bottom right.

  2. To activate the connection, toggle the "Is Active" button at the top of the screen.
