What is Amazon Easy Ship?

Amazon Easy Ship is a logistics service provided by Amazon for sellers on its marketplace. With Easy Ship, sellers pick and pack orders themselves, while Amazon handles doorstep delivery using its reliable logistics network.

By integrating Amazon Easy Ship with Neuro, you can streamline order processing, generate shipping labels, and automate fulfilment across your Amazon sales operations.

It’s ideal for merchants who want control over their inventory but prefer Amazon’s shipping convenience.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Amazon

To connect Amazon Easy Ship to Neuro, you’ll need specific credentials provided by Amazon.

Note: If you do not have these credentials, please log in to your Amazon Seller Central account and follow the authorisation steps outlined below. You may also contact Amazon support for assistance.

Ensure you obtain the following:

  • Seller ID

  • MWS Auth Token

  • Marketplace ID

To retrieve these:

  1. Sign in to Amazon Seller Central.

  2. Go to Settings > User Permissions > Authorise a Developer.

  3. Enter the developer details supplied by Neuro (contact Support if you need them).

  4. Upon authorisation, copy the Seller ID and MWS Auth Token.

  5. Locate your Marketplace ID (e.g., A1F83G8C2ARO7P for Amazon UK).

Once you have these credentials, you're ready to complete the integration process below.

Installing the Amazon Easy Ship Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure Amazon Easy Ship as a sales channel in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store. Enter a store name and click the pencil (edit) icon to open its settings.

Step 3: Add Amazon Easy Ship as a Channel

  • In the Channels section of your store, click + ADD.

  • From the list of available channels, select Amazon Easy Ship.

  • Enter the following information:

    • Channel Name
Give your channel a clear and recognisable name that will help you identify it later. This is for internal reference only and does not affect your Amazon account.
Example: "Amazon Easy Ship UK" or "Amazon ES Main Store".

    • Account Nominal Code (Optional)
This is used for accounting and reporting purposes within Neuro. If your organisation tracks sales revenue by nominal codes, enter the appropriate code here. Otherwise, this field can be left blank.

    • Marketplace
Select the Amazon marketplace region where this store operates. This determines which regional data will sync with Neuro (e.g., Amazon UK, Amazon US, Amazon DE). Make sure this matches your Seller Central account region.

    • Order Statuses
Choose the order statuses you want Neuro to import and manage. This ensures that only the relevant orders (e.g., "Ready to Dispatch", "Unshipped") are pulled through for fulfilment. You can customise this to suit your workflow.

    • Location ID
This links the sales channel to a physical or virtual fulfilment location in your Neuro system. Select the location that will be responsible for fulfilling the orders imported from this Amazon Easy Ship store. If you're unsure, check your warehouse setup in Neuro.

    • Seller ID / MWS Auth Token / Marketplace ID
Enter the credentials you retrieved from Amazon Seller Central. These authorise the connection between your Amazon account and Neuro:

      • Seller ID: A unique identifier for your Amazon seller account.

      • MWS Auth Token: Issued when you authorise Neuro as a developer in Seller Central.

      • Marketplace ID: A code representing your regional Amazon marketplace (e.g., A1F83G8C2ARO7P for Amazon UK).

Step 4: Configure Additional Settings

Depending on your integration needs, you may configure options such as:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

When complete, click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Step 5: Activate the Channel

  • You will return to the Amazon Easy Ship channel view.

  • Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the channel.

Click to Maximise the Video.

You're All Set!

Your Amazon Easy Ship integration with Neuro is now complete. Orders from Amazon will sync automatically, and shipping labels can be generated through Neuro’s courier network.
