What is Veeqo
Veeqo is a cloud-based software platform designed to help small and medium-sized retailers manage their inventory, orders, and shipping processes across multiple sales channels. The platform integrates with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Magento and popular shipping carriers like USPS, FedEx, and DHL. With Veeqo, retailers can centralise inventory management, automatically sync inventory levels across channels, and track orders and shipments in real time. The platform also offers a range of features to help retailers streamline their shipping and fulfilment operations, including automatic label printing, carrier rate shopping, and batch shipping. Veeqo's analytics and reporting capabilities allow retailers to gain insights into their sales performance across channels and make data-driven decisions to optimise their operations. Overall, Veeqo is designed to simplify and automate the complex processes involved in multi-channel retail, helping retailers save time and grow their business.

Obtaining your API Keys from Veeqo
Start by logging into your Veeqo account.
Navigate to the Employees page.
On this page, you can either click on your user if you're the only one using the account or create a new employee by clicking the "+ New Employee" button. If you have multiple users, we recommend creating a new employee for each user to make it easier to track application activity.
Once you have selected the user or created a new employee, click "Refresh API Key."
After clicking "Refresh API Key," your API Key will be generated and stored in Veeqo. Be sure to refer back to it if you need it.

Installing the Veeqo Sales Channel
To add the Veeko sales channel to your Neuro account, kindly adhere to the following steps:
Access your account and go to the left side of the screen. Click the "Stores" button.
If you already have a store, click "View Store" on the right side of the screen to access it.
To edit an existing store, click the edit button on the right side. If you need to create a new store, click "+ ADD" above, name it, and use the edit button to make changes.
Click "+ ADD" in the channels section to begin the installation.
A window will appear in the centre of the screen. Choose "Veeko" from the list of available channels.
Provide the required information:
Channel Name: In the field provided, you can enter any name. However, it is recommended that you choose a name that has meaning to you, such as "Veeqo," as it will serve as an apparent reference for the source of the order in the future.
API Key: Please enter the information you obtained through your Veeqo platform earlier.
After filling out the fields, customise other options, then click "Save" in the bottom-right corner.
You'll be back in the recently installed channel. Activate it at the top of the screen using the "Is Active" button.
Congratulations! You've successfully set up your Veeko sales channel on Neuro.
You can now sell products on Veeko and manage orders from your Neuro dashboard.
