ManoMano operates as a marketplace with an extensive network of third-party sellers providing products on the platform. The platform offers various services, such as customer reviews, a loyalty program, and fast delivery. ManoMano is known for its competitive prices and easy-to-use website, which makes it easy for customers to find the products they need. The platform also provides various payment options, including credit card, PayPal, and instalment payments, to make it easier for customers to purchase the products they want. Overall, ManoMano is a comprehensive and user-friendly e-commerce platform providing a convenient and affordable shopping experience for customers in France and Europe.

Obtaining your API Keys from ManoMano

To obtain an API key, you must have an account on ManoMano's Toolbox and hold an Admin role. Once you have these permissions, you can create a new API key by following these steps:

  • Navigate to the "Settings" section in the left-hand menu of the Toolbox.

  • Click on the "API keys" option.

  • You will see a button to create a new API key on the screen. Click on it to open the API key generation modal.

  • In the modal, please enter a name for the API key to make it easy to remember what it will be used for.

  • Click on the "Generate API key" button. The API key will be generated, and a button to copy it will appear.

  • Click on the copy button to copy the API key to your clipboard. Note that this is the only time you will see the API key.

Once you have acquired the credentials to set up your sales channel.

Installing the ManoMano Sales Channel

To add the ManoMano sales channel to your Neuro account, kindly adhere to the following steps:

  1. Access your account and go to the left side of the screen. Click the "Stores" button.

  2. If you already have a store, click "View Store" on the right side of the screen to access it.

  3. To edit an existing store, click the edit button on the right side. If you need to create a new store, click "+ ADD" above, name it, and use the edit button to make changes.

  4. Click "+ ADD" in the channels section to begin the installation.

  5. A window will appear in the centre of the screen. Choose "ManoMano" from the available channels list.

  6. Provide the required information:

    • Channel Name: In the field provided, you can enter any name. However, it is recommended that you choose a name that has meaning to you, such as "ManoMano," as it will serve as an apparent reference for the source of the order in the future.

    • API Login & Password & Key, Contract ID: Please input the credentials you previously acquired from the ManoMano platform.

  7. After filling out the fields, customise other options, then click "Save" in the bottom-right corner.

  8. You'll be back in the recently installed channel. Activate it at the top of the screen using the "Is Active" button.

Congratulations! You've successfully set up your ManoMano sales channel on Neuro.

You can now sell products on ManoMano and manage orders from your Neuro dashboard.
