Integrating ShipBob with Neuro

Acquiring ShipBob API Credentials

To obtain the API token required for integration, follow these steps:

  1. Log into ShipBob

  2. Generate an API Token

    • In the left-hand menu, select Integrations and then click API Tokens.

    • Click Generate New Token, then provide a Token Name and a Description (e.g., "Neuro Plugin" for clarity).

    • Copy and securely store the generated token, as it will be required in the Neuro setup.

Installing the ShipBob Plugin

To integrate ShipBob with Neuro, complete the following steps:

1. Access the Stores Section

  • Log into your Neuro account.

  • In the left-hand menu, click Stores.

  • If a store already exists, click View Store on the right to access it.

  • Alternatively, to create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit button.

2. Add the ShipBob Plugin

  • Navigate to the Plugins tab within the store settings.

  • Click + ADD to begin installation.

  • In the pop-up window, select ShipBob from the list of available integrations.

3. Configure the Plugin

General Settings

  • Plugin Name: Enter a suitable name, ideally matching your store's name for easy reference.

  • API Token: Paste the API key obtained from ShipBob.

ShipBob Channel Management

  • Push Order Channel: Select the ShipBob channel to which orders should be sent.

Order Management

  • Exclude Unfulfillable Orders: Enable this option to prevent orders from being sent to ShipBob if stock is insufficient. If any item within a bundle, kit, or grouped product lacks stock, the entire order will be withheld.

  • Deduct Stock via Orders: When enabled, ShipBob's stock levels will be dynamically adjusted as orders are processed.

Stock Management

  • Add Products to ShipBob: Activate this option to synchronise your store's products with ShipBob.

  • Download Products: This feature retrieves product details from ShipBob and generates corresponding store products in Neuro. It also updates product quantities every three minutes.

  • Auto Sync Stock: Ensures that stock levels across all integrated channels remain up to date with ShipBob’s inventory, refreshing data every three minutes.

4. Finalise Installation

  • Once all fields are populated, click Save at the bottom right.

  • Enable the integration by toggling the Is Active button at the top of the screen.

Important: After creating and saving the plugin, allow 3 to 5 minutes for activation and initial data synchronisation.
