Integrating DHL with Neuro

This guide outlines the process of obtaining API credentials from DHL and installing the DHL plugin in Neuro for seamless order processing and shipping management.

1. Obtaining DHL API Credentials

To configure the DHL plugin, you will need API credentials. These can be acquired by contacting your DHL account manager.

2. Installing the DHL Plugin

To integrate DHL with your Neuro account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Accessing the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Stores.

  3. To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon next to it.

  4. To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit (pencil) icon to proceed.

Step 2: Adding the DHL Plugin

  1. Navigate to the Plugins section.

  2. Click + ADD to begin the installation process.

  3. A pop-up window will appear. Select DHL from the list of available integrations.

Step 3: Configuring the Plugin

Fill in the following details:

- **Plugin Name**: 
Enter a meaningful name, ideally matching your store’s name for easy reference. 

- **Use Store Name Instead of Account Name**: 
Specify whether the store name should be displayed instead of the account name. 

- **Account Number**: 
Input the unique account number assigned by DHL. 

- **Server URL**: 
Provide the URL where Neuro will send requests or retrieve data. 

- **Authorisation URL**: 
Enter the URL used to authenticate with DHL. 

- **Client ID**: 
Input the unique identifier assigned to your application by DHL. 

- **Client Secret**: 
Enter the confidential key used alongside the Client ID for authentication.
 
- **Scopes**: 
Define the level of access the plugin requires from DHL.
 
- **Subscription Key**: 
Provide the key issued by DHL for accessing subscription-based services.

Step 4: Saving and Activating the Plugin

  1. Once all fields are completed, click Save at the bottom right.

  2. At the top of the screen, toggle the Is Active button to enable the connection.

Important: After creating and saving the plugin, allow 3 to 5 minutes for activation and initial data synchronisation.
