Obtaining Your API Credentials from Carrefour
To connect Carrefour to Neuro, you’ll need the following credentials:
API URL
API Key
Note:
If you don’t yet have these details, log in to your Carrefour seller portal or contact your account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your API URL and API Key
Log in to the Carrefour seller portal.
Navigate to Settings or Developer/API Access.
Copy the base API URL provided for integrations.
Generate or locate your API Key.
Store these securely - they provide direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Carrefour Sales Channel in Neuro
Follow these steps to install and configure Carrefour as a sales channel in your Neuro account.
Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
From the left-hand navigation, click Stores.
Step 2: Select or Create a Store
If a store already exists, click View Store.
If not, click + ADD to create a new store. Enter a store name and click the pencil (edit) icon to open its settings.
Step 3: Add Carrefour as a Channel
In the Channels section of your store, click + ADD.
From the list of available channels, select Carrefour.
Step 4: Enter Channel Details
Channel Name: Enter a recognisable name (e.g., “Carrefour” or “Carrefour FR”).
API URL: Paste the base API URL from your Carrefour portal.
API Key: Paste the API key generated in your Carrefour portal.
Step 5: Configure Additional Settings
You may configure optional settings depending on your integration needs:
Order Management
Stock Management
When complete, click Save in the bottom-right corner.
Step 6: Activate the Channel
After saving, you will return to the Carrefour channel view.
Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the integration.
