Managing Roles in Neuro
The Roles page allows you to create and manage user roles, defining access levels for different functionalities within the platform. This enables precise control over user permissions, ensuring secure and efficient management of operations.

Accessing the Roles Page
To navigate to the Roles page:
Click on your username in the upper-right corner of the interface.
From the dropdown menu, select "Roles".
Click to Maximise or Pause/Play the Video.

Understanding Permissions
Permissions define the actions users can perform within the platform. Below is an overview of available permissions:
Permission | Description |
Create | Allows the creation of new entries or records. |
Delete | Permits the deletion of entries or records. |
View | Grants access to view entries or records. |
Update | Enables modifications to existing entries or records. |
Fulfilment | Grants permission to fulfil orders. |
Fulfilment Update | Enables updating the fulfilment status of orders. |
Data Protection | Randomises client-based information for assigned users. |
Update Interval | Sets the interval for webhook updates. |

Creating a New Role
To create a new role:
Click the "+ Add" button in the upper-right corner of the Roles page.
Enter a name for the role.
Assign permissions by toggling the necessary checkboxes.
(Optional) Enable Data Protection to randomise client-based information.
Click "Save" to finalise the role creation.
The new role will now appear in the list of existing roles.
Click to Maximise or Pause/Play the Video.

Editing a Role
To modify an existing role:
Navigate to the Roles page.
Locate the role you wish to modify.
Click the pen icon next to the role.
Adjust the role name or permissions as needed.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Click to Maximise or Pause/Play the Video.

Deleting a Role
To remove a role:
On the Roles page, find the role you want to delete.
Click the trash bin icon next to it.
Confirm the deletion in the popup window.
The role will be permanently removed from the system.
