Debenhams Sales Channel Setup

Debenhams is a well-established British retailer known for fashion, beauty, and home products. Its online marketplace allows third-party sellers to showcase their products to a wide customer base across the UK. By connecting Debenhams to your Neuro account, you can automate order imports, synchronise stock levels, and manage fulfilment from a single, centralised platform.

Obtaining Your Debenhams API Credentials

To set up Debenhams in Neuro, you’ll need:

  • API Key

  • API URL

📌 Note: These details are provided by Debenhams during onboarding. If you haven't received them, please contact your Debenhams account representative to request access.

Locate Your API URL

Your API URL is typically derived from your seller portal’s base address.
Example: https://debenhams.marketplace.com

Generate Your API Key

  1. Log in to your Debenhams seller portal.

  2. Click your profile name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Navigate to User Settings > API Key.

  4. Click Generate to create a new key, then copy and securely store it.

Installing the Debenhams Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow these steps to connect Debenhams to your Neuro account:

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • From the left-hand navigation, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • Click View Store to edit an existing store,

  • Or click + ADD to create a new one. Enter a name, then click the pencil icon to edit.

Step 3: Add Debenhams as a Channel

  • In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  • From the list of available channels, select Debenhams.

Enter the Following Details

  • Channel Name: Enter a clear, descriptive name for internal use (e.g., “Debenhams UK”).

  • Account Nominal Code (Optional): Used for internal accounting. Leave blank if not applicable.

  • API URL: Enter the full base URL for your Debenhams seller account.

  • API Key: Paste the key you generated from the seller portal.

Additional Configuration

You may also configure:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

Click Save once all fields and options are configured.

Activating the Channel

After saving, you’ll return to the Debenhams channel view.

  • Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the integration.

Your Debenhams sales channel is now live and connected to Neuro. Orders, inventory updates, and shipping statuses will begin to sync automatically based on your settings.
