What is Interspire
Interspire is a web-based software platform that provides various solutions for e-commerce businesses. It offers tools that allow companies to manage their online stores, including inventory management, order processing, customer relationship management (CRM), and email marketing. Interspire is designed to be easy to use and customisable, allowing businesses to tailor the platform to their needs. The platform also offers a variety of integrations with other e-commerce tools and platforms, including popular payment gateways and shipping providers. Overall, Interspire is a comprehensive and user-friendly platform that provides e-commerce businesses with the tools they need to manage their operations and grow their online sales.

Installing the Interspire Extension
First, you must request the extension file from us by contacting the helpdesk.
Once you receive the extension file, you will need to make some edits to the lines in the file before installation. These edits include adding the URL address of the hosted Interspire platform to the "dbhost" line, the username of the Interspire database to the "dbusername" line, the password of the Interspire database to the "dbpassword" line, the name of the Interspire database to the "dbdatabase" line, and the prefix of your database to the "dbprefix" line. Additionally, you must add the API key of the Interspire connection to the "api_key" line. This password will be used later in the API key section of our platform while connecting to Interspire.
After making the necessary edits, please save the file and move it to the Interspire installation folder. Finally, to ensure the changes take effect, restart your Interspire installation.


Installing the Interspire Sales Channel
To add the Interspire sales channel to your Neuro account, kindly adhere to the following steps:
Access your account and go to the left side of the screen. Click the "Stores" button.
If you already have a store, click "View Store" on the right side of the screen to access it.
To edit an existing store, click the edit button on the right side. If you need to create a new store, click "+ ADD" above, name it, and use the edit button to make changes.
Click "+ ADD" in the channels section to begin the installation.
A window will appear in the centre of the screen. Choose "Interspire" from the available channels list.
Provide the required information:
Channel Name: In the field provided, you can enter any name. However, it is recommended that you choose a name that has meaning to you, such as "Interspire," as it will serve as an apparent reference for the source of the order in the future.
Store URL: The URL should be the website address you entered earlier in the "dbhost" value.
API Key: Please enter the identical phrase you wrote in the "api_key" value earlier.
After filling out the fields, customise other options, then click "Save" in the bottom-right corner.
You'll be back in the recently installed channel. Activate it at the top of the screen using the "Is Active" button.
Congratulations! You've successfully set up your Interspire sales channel on Neuro.
You can now sell products on Interspire and manage orders from your Neuro dashboard.
