What is Maisonette?

Maisonette is a premium online marketplace focused on children’s apparel, toys, nursery essentials, home décor, and family lifestyle products. It connects curated brands and designers with modern parents seeking high-quality, thoughtfully designed products. Through Maisonette’s marketplace, approved sellers can manage product catalogues, inventory, and order fulfilment while reaching a highly engaged customer base.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Maisonette

To connect Maisonette to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:

  • API Key

  • API URL

Note:

If you don’t yet have these details, please log in to your Maisonette seller account or contact your account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to the Marketplace seller portal.

  2. Navigate to the API / Integration Settings section.

  3. Copy the base API URL assigned to your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. In the seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to User Settings > API Key.

  3. Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.

⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Maisonette Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow these steps to install and configure Maisonette as a sales channel in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
    Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to access the store settings.

Step 3: Add Maisonette as a Channel

  1. In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  2. Select Maisonette from the list of available channels.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

Enter the required details:

  • Channel Name: For example, “Maisonette US”.

  • API URL: Paste the API URL from your seller portal.

  • API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

Depending on your integration needs, you may configure:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

  • Fulfilment & Shipping Updates

Click Save when complete.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  1. After saving, you’ll return to the Maisonette channel overview.

  2. Toggle Is Active at the top to activate the integration.
