What is BILD?

BILD is one of Europe’s largest digital news and media platforms, operated by Axel Springer. Through its commerce and partnerships ecosystem, BILD enables approved sellers and partners to distribute products, subscriptions, and promotional offers to a massive, highly engaged audience across Germany and Europe. Integrating BILD allows sellers to manage commerce-driven orders and customer fulfilment workflows through a unified system.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from BILD

To connect BILD to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:

  • API Key

  • API URL

Note:

If you don’t yet have these details, log in to your BILD partner or seller portal or contact your BILD Partner Manager or onboarding representative for assistance.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to the Marketplace seller portal.

  2. Navigate to the API / Integration Settings section.

  3. Copy the base API URL assigned to your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. In the seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to User Settings > API Key.

  3. Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.

⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the BILD Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure BILD in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
    Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to access the store settings.

Step 3: Add BILD as a Channel

  1. In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  2. Select BILD from the list of available channels.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

Enter the required details:

  • Channel Name: For example, “BILD Commerce”.

  • API URL: Paste the base API URL from your partner portal.

  • API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

Depending on your integration setup, you may configure:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

  • Fulfilment Updates

Click Save when complete.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  1. After saving, you will return to the BILD channel overview.

  2. Toggle Is Active at the top to activate the integration.
