What is ASOS Marketplace?

ASOS Marketplace is a popular eCommerce platform operated by ASOS, one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. It provides independent brands, vintage boutiques, and emerging designers with a space to showcase and sell their products to a global audience of fashion-forward consumers. Sellers can create a branded storefront, manage their product catalogue, and reach customers directly through the ASOS ecosystem.

Whether you're launching on ASOS for the first time or expanding your multi-channel strategy, this guide will walk you through the essential setup process to get your ASOS sales channel up and running within Neuro.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from ASOS

To connect ASOS to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:

  • API Key

  • API URL

Note:

If you don’t yet have these details, please log in to your ASOS seller account or contact your ASOS Partner Manager or onboarding representative for assistance.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to the ASOS seller portal.

  2. Copy the first part of the URL in your browser’s address bar.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. In the ASOS seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to User Settings > API Key.

  3. Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.

⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the ASOS Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow these steps to install and configure ASOS Marketplace as a sales channel in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store. Enter a store name and click the pencil (edit) icon to open its settings.

Step 3: Add ASOS as a Channel

  • In the Channels section of your store, click + ADD.

  • From the list of available channels, select ASOS.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

  • Channel Name: Enter a recognisable name (e.g., “ASOS UK” or “ASOS Marketplace”) for internal reference.

  • API URL: Use the base URL for ASOS - typically https://asos.net.

  • API Key: Paste the key you generated from your ASOS seller portal.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

You may also configure optional settings depending on your integration needs:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

When complete, click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  • After saving, you will return to the ASOS channel view.

  • Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the integration.
