What is Amazon MCF?

Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfilment) is a logistics solution that allows you to fulfil orders from non-Amazon sales channels using Amazon’s fulfilment network. By leveraging Amazon’s vast warehousing and delivery capabilities, you can offer faster shipping and reliable order handling - no matter where your customers make their purchases. Connecting Amazon MCF to Neuro enables you to centralise your order processing, automate dispatch, and maintain real-time stock accuracy across platforms.

Step-by-Step Integration

Installing the Amazon MCF Plugin

Follow the steps below to install and configure the Amazon MCF Plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

  • To modify an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.

  • To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and click the edit (pencil) icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the Amazon MCF Plugin

  • Click the Plugins section, then click + ADD.

  • A modal window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select Amazon MCF and click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

Enter the following configuration details:

  • Toggle on if this is your Default account.

  • Plugin Name: Enter a descriptive name that will help you easily identify this integration within your Neuro account. For example, a reference label (e.g. "Amazon MCF UK").

  • Marketplace: The Amazon Marketplace region.

  • Ensure all fields are accurate to allow a successful connection.

  • Choose any of the multiple options (Download Products, Auto Sync Stock etc).

Step 4: Connect your Amazon account

Once all credentials have been entered:

  • Use the Copy Connect Link for resellers or,

  • Click the Connect button to activate your account.

  • This will take you straight to Amazon to set up.

Step 5: Save and Activate

  • Switch on “Is Default” If this is the default plugin**

  • click Save at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  • After saving, toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the plugin screen to activate the Amazon MCF integration.

**Default Plugin: is the fallback destination for orders when no specific plugin assignment rule applies. We recommend that users managing multiple plugins designate one as the default and configure assignment rules to ensure accurate order routing.

⏳ Note: Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial data synchronisation with Amazon.
