Credit History & Email Logs

Stay on top of usage, billing, and notifications with two simple, powerful logs in Settings: Credit Activities and Email Logs. Together, they give you a clear audit trail for finance, operations, and support.

Where to Find These Logs

  1. Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Scroll to the Credit Activities and Email Logs tables.

1. Credit Activities

Use Credit Activities to see exactly how your account credits are used and when your plan changes.

This is ideal for:

  • Finance and billing queries

  • Investigating unexpected credit usage

  • Auditing subscription changes

What You Can Do

  • Refresh the log
Use the Refresh button on the card to load the latest activity.

  • Drill into changes
Select the Eye Icon in the Log column to view the raw JSON showing precise before and after values (for example, old vs new credit balance).

  • Jump to related records
If a credit event is linked to a specific action (such as an API call or Channel sync), a Pencil Icon will appear. Select it to open the underlying transaction.

Understanding the Columns

2. Email Logs

Email Logs is your source of truth for all system-generated emails sent to you and your team. Use it to confirm delivery, troubleshoot missing emails, and audit automated communications.

What You Can Do

  • Search by title or recipient
Use the search bar to find emails by Email Title or receiver email address.

  • Filter to what matters
    Narrow results by:

    • Type (for example, ‎`Notification`, ‎`Order Export`, ‎`User Invite`)

    • Status (‎`Waiting`, ‎`In Progress`, ‎`Success`, ‎`Failed`)

    • Date (‎`Sent At` or ‎`Created At`)

  • Inspect details and content

  3. If it is Success, review your spam or filtering rules.

Troubleshoot delivery issues

If an email shows Failed, select the Eye Icon to view the error message, correct the issue (for example, update an invalid email address), and trigger the action again if needed.

Audit automated communications

Use the File Icon to review the exact message body sent by the system. This supports compliance, customer queries, and internal reviews.

Keep Everything Centralised and Clear

Credit Activities and Email Logs bring usage, billing, and communication history into one place.

Use them together to:

  • Answer billing and credit questions quickly

  • Prove when and what the system sent

  • Support internal audits and operational reviews without digging through inboxes
