This guide outlines how to create, modify, and organise individual products and product kits, apply filters for efficient navigation, and perform essential actions such as importing, exporting, and deleting product entries. By following this guide, users can streamline inventory management, ensuring precise product tracking and seamless integration with sales channels.

Accessing the Neuro Products Page
To navigate to the Products page:
Locate the left-hand menu.
Click on "Products".
Click to Maximise the Image.

Creating a New Product in Neuro
To create a new product:
Select the store where you want to add the product by choosing a store from the "Store" dropdown at the top of the page.
Click the "Actions” button above the store selection.
Click the "+ Add" button to initiate product creation.
Complete the following product fields:
SKU – A unique Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) identifier for the product.
Quantity – Specifies the total stock quantity.
Product Type – Choose from:
Product – Creates a standalone product.
Kit – Allows you to bundle multiple products under a single SKU. When an order is placed using the kit SKU, all associated products will be included. To set up a kit:
Select Kit as the product type.
Click the "+ ADD" button to the right of the kit selection.
Add products to the kit and repeat this process for each product included in the bundle.
Product Account Code – Assigns the product to a specific account using an account code.
Tax Type – Defines the applicable tax rate for the product after selecting an account.
Auto Sync Stock – Ensures that stock levels remain synchronised with the selected store or account.
Click "Save" in the bottom-right corner to finalise product creation.

Customising Columns in Neuro
Neuro allows you to tailor the columns displayed on the Products page, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow that highlights the most relevant information.
Adjusting Columns
To customise the column layout:
Click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the page.
A popup window will appear, providing the following options:
Select or remove columns using the left panel.
Drag and arrange columns in the right panel to adjust their order.
Available Column Options
You can customise the following columns:
SKU
Quantity
Channels
Type
API Quantity
Auto Sync Stock
Chanel Specific Plugins (Plugin sync status, plugin quantity, plugin remote id, plugin updated at)
Saving Your Preferences
Once you have arranged the columns to your preference, click "Save" to apply the changes.
If you need to revert to the default settings, click "Reset to Default."
By customising your view, you can optimise how product data is displayed, making it easier to manage inventory and track key details efficiently.

Filtering Products in Neuro
Above the product list, an information and filtering bar allows users to refine product views based on various criteria, most can be filtered by ascending or descending, while others can have even more specific filters added (when you see a little filter icon next to the heading).
SKU, Quantity, Channels, Type, API Quantity, Auto Sync Stock.
Chanel Specific Plugins (plugin sync status, plugin quantity, plugin remote id, plugin updated at)
After selecting the desired filters, click "Apply Filters" to update the product list. To remove all applied filters, click "Clear All".

Managing Products in Neuro
Editing Products
Locate the product you wish to modify.
Click the edit (pen) icon on the far right of the product entry.
Modify the necessary details, including:
Channel product information
Latest stock updates, including timestamps
Save changes to update the product entry.
Deleting Products
To delete a single product, click the trash bin icon next to the edit button. A confirmation popup will appear, as this action is irreversible.
To delete all products, click "Delete All" in the top-right corner. A confirmation popup will prompt you to confirm this permanent action to prevent accidental deletions.
Importing and Exporting Products
Click the "Actions” button top-right corner of the screen.
Click "Export/Import".
Choose one of the following options:
Export – Products can be exported in Excel or CSV format. A download link will be sent to your registered email.
Import – A new window will appear, allowing you to select and upload a file. Once the import process is completed, a confirmation email will be sent.
By utilising these features, users can efficiently manage their product inventory in Neuro, ensuring seamless organisation and accuracy.
