This page provides a step-by-step guide to connecting your Shiphero account to Neuro. You’ll learn how to obtain the required credentials and configure your sales channel settings, enabling seamless order and inventory synchronisation between Shiphero and your Neuro dashboard.

What is Shiphero?

Shiphero is a modern fulfilment and warehouse management platform designed to help eCommerce businesses pick, pack, and ship orders more efficiently. Known for its robust integration capabilities and real-time inventory visibility, Shiphero enables sellers to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance shipping speed. Connecting Shiphero to Neuro empowers your business to automate fulfilment workflows and centralise inventory and order management.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Shiphero

To integrate Shiphero with Neuro, you will need your credentials. These are generated from your Shiphero account.

Note: If you do not have access to your credentials, please log into your Shiphero account or contact a Shiphero support representative.

Ensure you obtain the following:

  • Username & Password

Once you have your token, you can proceed with the integration steps below.

Installing the Shiphero Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure Shiphero as a sales channel in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store. Enter a name and click the pencil (edit) icon to access store settings.

Step 3: Add Shiphero as a Channel

  • In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  • From the list of available channels, select Shiphero.

  • Enter the following details:

    • Channel Name: An internal reference label (e.g., "Shiphero Fulfilment").

    • Account Nominal Code: This is optional and used for billing purposes.

    • User Name & Password: Which you received from Shiphero.

Step 4: Configure Additional Settings

You may configure other options such as:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

Click Save in the bottom-right corner to confirm your settings.

Step 5: Activate the Channel

  • You will be redirected to the newly added channel.

  • Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable it.

Your Shiphero sales channel is now live and ready to synchronise fulfilment and stock updates with Neuro.

You have successfully integrated Shiphero with your Neuro account. Orders, inventory, and fulfilment data will now flow in accordance with your configured preferences.
