The Neuro Invoices Guide provides detailed instructions for navigating and managing invoices within the Neuro platform. This guide covers how to access the invoices page, filter and customise the display, view invoice details, and export invoices. With clear explanations and step-by-step guidance, users can efficiently handle invoices, track their status, and synchronise data with accounting channels, ensuring smooth financial operations within the platform.

Accessing the Invoices Page
To access the Invoices page:
Locate the left-hand menu.
Click on the "Invoices" button to open the page.
Click to Maximise the Image.

Invoices Page Explained
Upon entering the Invoices page, you will see several key sections:
Search Bar: Located at the top of the page, the search bar enables you to quickly locate and filter invoices by order, invoice, or removal ID.
Store Dropdown: In the middle of the page, the dropdown menu allows you to select a specific store. Once a store is selected, the page will display the invoices related to that store. Without selecting a store or configuring an account channel, no invoices will be shown.
Sync Status Control: On the right, you can mark selected invoices as synced or not synced, which triggers data synchronisation between the accounting channels.
Once a store is selected, the page will populate with relevant invoices. The header structure displays the following columns:
ID: A unique identifier for the invoice.
Channel: The sales channel through which the invoice was generated, with filter options.
Customer: The name of the customer associated with the invoice.
Number of Items: The total quantity of items in the invoice.
Status: The current invoice status, including options like Pending, Failed, and Created.
Invoice Date: The date and time when the invoice was created. Filters for date and hour are available.
Sync Status: The current sync status within the accounting channel, with options like Pending, Updated, Synced, and Failed.
Actions: Click this button to view detailed information about the invoice.

Filtering Invoices
Above the invoice list, an information and filtering bar allows you to refine your view based on criteria such as:
Invoice status
Number of items
Customer name
Channel
Once you’ve applied your filter selections, click the "Apply Filters" button to display the filtered invoices. To clear all filters and view all invoices, click the "Clear All" button.

Viewing Invoice Details
To access detailed information about a specific invoice:
Click the Actions button next to the desired invoice.
In the detailed view, you’ll find:
Order and invoice IDs
Dates, statuses, and pricing details
Payment information
Invoice lines
Customer information and address
At the bottom of the page, a log of changes shows any updates made to the invoice, including the user or channel responsible and the timestamp of each change.

Exporting Invoices
To export your invoices:
Click the "Actions” button top-right corner of the screen.
Click "Export Invoices".
Select a date range for the export.
Choose between Excel or CSV formats for the export.
After selecting your preferences, the export will process, and you will receive an email with a download link for the exported file.
Click to Maximise the Image.
By using these features, you can efficiently manage your invoices, track their status, and synchronise them with your accounting channels within Neuro.
