Obtaining your API Keys from C-Discount

To retrieve your API connection user ID and password, you can follow these step-by-step instructions:

• First, log in to your seller account and navigate to "Settings > Your personal settings and bank details > Change your API connection settings."

• You will then be able to locate your API user ID, which typically follows the format of "login-api."

• Next, click on "Reset your API password." It will prompt the system to send a temporary API password to the email address linked to your seller account.

• Once you have received the temporary API password, you can create a new, personalised password in the "Change your API login settings" tab. Be sure to select a strong password to ensure the security of your account.

• After creating a new password, you can use the API keys. This process is straightforward and can be completed without any issues, making it easy to access and use your API connection.

Installing the C-Discount Sales Channel

To add the C-Discount sales channel to your Neuro account, kindly adhere to the following steps:

1. Access your account and go to the left side of the screen. Click the "Stores" button.

2. If you already have a store, click "View Store" on the right side of the screen to access it.

3. To edit an existing store, click the edit button on the right side. If you need to create a new store, click "+ ADD" above, name it, and use the edit button to make changes.

4. Click "+ ADD" in the channels section to begin the installation.

5. A window will appear in the centre of the screen. Choose "C-Discount" from the available channels list.

6. Provide the required information:

   • Channel Name: You can input any desired name into the designated field. Nonetheless, it is advisable to select a name that holds significance to you, such as "C-Discount," as it will serve as an apparent reference to the source of the order in the future.

   • Client ID & Secret, Seller ID: To access your account, you must fill in these fields with the information you previously obtained from the C-Discount platform, following the instructions. It is crucial to ensure that these fields are accurately completed.

7. After filling out the fields, customise other options, then click "Save" in the bottom-right corner.

8. You'll be back in the recently installed channel. Activate it at the top of the screen using the "Is Active" button.

Congratulations! You've successfully set up your C-Discount sales channel on Neuro.

You can now sell products on C-Discount and manage orders from your Neuro dashboard.
