What is The Range?

The Range is a leading UK retailer offering a broad assortment of products, from homeware to garden supplies. As a curated marketplace, The Range partners with third-party sellers to expand its product catalogue. Integrating The Range with Neuro allows sellers to centralise their operations, synchronise orders, push stock updates, and automate fulfilment.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from The Range

To connect The Range to Neuro, you will need your credentials. These are typically provided by The Range directly.

Note: If you do not already have credentials, please contact your account manager at The Range to request access.

Ensure you obtain the following details:

  • Username

  • Password

Once you have this information, you can proceed with the integration steps below.

Installing The Range Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure The Range as a sales channel in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store. Provide a store name and click the pencil (edit) icon to open its settings.

Step 3: Add The Range as a Channel

  1. Within your store, locate the Channels section and click + ADD.

  2. From the list of available channels, select The Range.

  3. Enter the following details:

    • Channel Name: This is the internal label for your reference (e.g., The Range UK).

    • Account Nominal Code: This is optional and used for billing purposes.

    • User Name & Password: Which you received from The Range.

Step 4: Configure Additional Settings

You may configure several options for both Order Management and Stock Management settings.

When finished, click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Step 5: Activate the Channel

Once saved, you will return to the channel view. To enable the integration:

  1. Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen.

  2. The channel is now live and ready to transmit data between Neuro and The Range.

You have now successfully integrated The Range with your Neuro account. Your product, order, and inventory data will now synchronise in accordance with your configured preferences.
