What is Urban Outfitters Marketplace?
Urban Outfitters Marketplace is a leading lifestyle and fashion eCommerce platform, allowing approved sellers to offer products across categories such as apparel, accessories, home décor, and lifestyle goods. Sellers can manage their product catalogue, operate a branded storefront, and reach millions of style-conscious customers directly through the Urban Outfitters ecosystem.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Urban Outfitters
To connect Urban Outfitters to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:
API Key
API URL
Note:
If you don’t yet have these details, please log in to your Urban Outfitters seller account or contact your Urban Outfitters account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your API URL
Log in to the Marketplace seller portal.
Navigate to the API / Integration Settings section.
Copy the base API URL assigned to your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key
In the seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.
Go to User Settings > API Key.
Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.
⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Urban Outfitters Sales Channel in Neuro
Follow the steps below to install and configure Urban Outfitters Marketplace in your Neuro account.
Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.
Step 2: Select or Create a Store
If a store already exists, click View Store.
If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to access the store settings.
Step 3: Add Urban Outfitters as a Channel
In the Channels section, click + ADD.
Select Urban Outfitters from the list of available channels.
Step 4: Enter Channel Details
Enter the required details:
Channel Name: Provide a recognisable name such as “Urban Outfitters”.
API URL: Paste the base API URL from your seller portal.
API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.
Step 5: Configure Additional Settings
Depending on your integration needs, you may configure optional features such as:
Order Management
Stock Management
Once complete, click Save.
Step 6: Activate the Channel
After saving, you will return to the Urban Outfitters channel overview.
Toggle Is Active at the top to activate the integration.
