What is Temu?
Temu is a fast-growing global online marketplace known for offering a wide range of consumer goods at highly competitive prices. With a large international customer base and an emphasis on low-cost, high-volume sales, Temu partners with third-party sellers to expand its product listings. Connecting Temu to Neuro allows you to automate operations, streamline order processing, and maintain inventory accuracy across platforms.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Temu
To integrate Temu with Neuro, you’ll need to search for the internal Neuro app and then get specific APP credentials. These details are typically issued directly from Temu.
Note: If you haven’t received your credentials yet, please reach out to your Temu partner manager or onboarding representative to request access.
Ensure you obtain the following credentials:
Access Token
Once you have these details, you can proceed to set up the channel in Neuro.
How to locate and authorise the Neuro app in Temu:
Open the Temu App Store.
Search for “Neuro”.
Select Neuro and click “Authorise”.
Copy the Access Token provided and paste it into Neuro.
Alternative:
In the Neuro app, enable “Use Neuro’s application” to bypass the need for an APP Key and APP Secret.

Installing the Temu Sales Channel in Neuro
Follow these steps to install and configure Temu as a sales channel in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
In the left-hand menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store
To use an existing store, click View Store.
If needed, click + ADD to create a new store, provide a store name, and click the edit (pencil) icon to open its settings.

Step 3: Add Temu as a Channel
Within the Channels section of your store, click + ADD.
From the available list of channels, select Temu.
Enter the required integration details:
Channel Name - “Temu UK” or “Temu Storefront”
Account Nominal Code - Optional and used for accounting purposes
Marketplace - “UK” or “Portugal”, choose your marketplace
Access Token, APP Key & APP Secret - received from Temu

Step 4: Configure Channel Settings
You can now configure any additional preferences based on your operational requirements, including:
Order Management
Stock Management
Fulfilment Status Updates
Shipping Mapping (if supported)
Click Save once all required fields are complete.

Step 5: Activate the Temu Channel
You’ll be redirected to the Temu channel view.
Toggle the Is Active switch at the top to enable the connection.
Your Temu integration is now live, and Neuro will begin synchronising order and inventory data according to your configuration.
