What is Satair Marketplace?

Satair Marketplace is a global aerospace parts and solutions platform operated by Satair, one of the world’s leading suppliers of aircraft components, materials, and aviation services. It enables approved sellers to offer aircraft parts, maintenance supplies, tooling, and aviation-related products to airlines, MROs, and aerospace professionals worldwide. Sellers can manage their product catalogue, operate a branded storefront, and reach aviation customers directly through the Satair ecosystem.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Satair

To connect Satair to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:

  • API Key

  • API URL

Note:

If you don’t yet have these details, please log in to your Satair seller account or contact your account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to the Marketplace seller portal.

  2. Navigate to the API / Integration Settings section.

  3. Copy the base API URL assigned to your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. In the seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to User Settings > API Key.

  3. Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.

⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Satair Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure Satair Marketplace in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
    Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to access the store settings.

Step 3: Add Satair as a Channel

  1. In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  2. Select Satair from the list of available channels.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

Enter the required details:

  • Channel Name: Provide a recognisable name such as “Satair”.

  • API URL: Paste the base API URL from your seller portal.

  • API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

Depending on your integration needs, you may configure optional features such as:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

Once complete, click Save.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  1. After saving, you will return to the Satair channel overview.

  2. Toggle Is Active at the top to activate the integration.
