Neuro Customers Guide

The Customers page in Neuro offers a streamlined, centralised interface for managing customer records across all connected stores. Customer profiles are automatically created from incoming orders, allowing you to easily view and filter records by store, name, or email. From this page, you can access detailed customer and order history, including fulfilment and channel data, edit or delete customer records, and export customer information in Excel or CSV format. Whether you're reviewing individual profiles or handling bulk data, this page equips you with the tools to manage your customer base effectively.

Overview

The Customers page in Neuro provides a centralised interface for managing customer records associated with your stores. Neuro automatically generates customer information for each store’s orders, enabling you to:

  • Select a store and view associated customers.

  • Search and filter customers by name or email.

  • Access detailed customer and order information.

  • Delete customer records when necessary.

  • Export customer data in Excel or CSV format.

Accessing the Customers Page

To navigate to the Customers page:

  1. Locate the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on "Customers".

Managing Customer Records on Neuro

Viewing and Filtering Customers

  1. Select a specific store from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.

  2. All customers linked to the chosen store will be displayed.

  3. Use the search bar at the top-left to filter customers by name or email.

Accessing Customer and Order Details

  1. Click the edit icon next to a customer’s name.

  2. This opens a detailed customer profile, displaying:

    • Customer Information – Name, email, and associated store details.

    • Order History – A breakdown of all orders placed by the customer.

    • Channel Information – The platform where the order was placed.

    • Order Status – Includes item count, order date, synchronisation status, and fulfilment status.

  3. To view full order details, click the edit button next to an order entry.

Deleting a Customer Record

  1. Click the trash bin icon next to the customer’s name.

  2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Exporting Customer Data

  1. Click "Export Customer Data" in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose a file format (Excel or CSV).

  3. Neuro will process the request and send a download link to your registered email.

By utilising these tools, you can efficiently manage customer records, track order history, and export customer data with ease in Neuro.
