What is Joules?

Joules is a beloved British lifestyle brand renowned for its premium clothing, footwear, and homeware collections inspired by the countryside. As part of its digital strategy, Joules offers third-party sellers the opportunity to list products on its online marketplace. By connecting Joules to your Neuro account, you can streamline order management, maintain inventory accuracy, and automate fulfilment operations from a central platform.

Obtaining Your Joules API Credentials

To connect Joules to Neuro, you’ll need the following:

  • API Key

  • API URL

📌 Note: These credentials are provided by Joules during onboarding. If you haven’t received them, please contact your Joules account representative to request access.

Locate Your API URL

Your API URL is typically derived from your seller portal’s base address.
Example: https://joules.marketplace.com

Generate Your API Key

  1. Log in to your Joules seller portal.

  2. Click your profile name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Navigate to User Settings > API Key.

  4. Click Generate to create a new API key, then copy and securely store it.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • From the left-hand navigation, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • Click View Store to edit an existing store.

  • Or click + ADD to create a new one. Enter a name and click the pencil icon to edit.

Step 3: Add Joules as a Channel

  • In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  • From the list of available channels, select Joules.

Enter the Following Details

  • Channel Name: Enter a clear, descriptive name for internal use (e.g., “Joules UK”).

  • Account Nominal Code (Optional): Used for internal accounting. Leave blank if not applicable.

  • API URL: Enter the full base URL for your Joules seller account.

  • API Key: Paste the key you generated from the seller portal.

Additional Configuration

You may also configure the following:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

Once configured, click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Activating the Channel

After saving, you’ll return to the Joules channel view.

  • Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the integration.

Next Steps & Support

Your Joules sales channel is now live and connected to Neuro. Orders, stock updates, and fulfilment information will now sync automatically based on your configuration.
