What is Bunnings?

Bunnings is Australia and New Zealand’s leading home improvement and hardware retailer, offering products across DIY, building, garden, outdoor living, tools, trade supplies, and home essentials. Through its marketplace and trade ecosystem, approved suppliers can distribute products to millions of customers, including trade professionals and retail consumers, via Bunnings’ digital and in-store channels.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from ASOS

To connect Bunnings to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:

  • API Key

  • API URL

Note:

If you don’t yet have these details, please log in to your Bunnings seller account or contact your account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to the Marketplace seller portal.

  2. Navigate to the API / Integration Settings section.

  3. Copy the base API URL assigned to your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. In the seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to User Settings > API Key.

  3. Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.

⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Bunnings Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure Bunnings in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
    Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to open the store settings.

Step 3: Add Bunnings as a Channel

  1. In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  2. Select Bunnings from the list of available channels.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

Enter the required details:

  • Channel Name: For example, “Bunnings AU”.

  • API URL: Paste the API URL from your supplier portal.

  • API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

Depending on your supplier integration, you may enable:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

  • Fulfilment & Delivery Updates

Click Save once complete.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  1. After saving, you’ll return to the Bunnings channel overview.

  2. Toggle Is Active at the top to activate the integration.
