What is Kroger?

Kroger is one of the largest supermarket and grocery retailers in the United States, offering a wide range of food, household, personal care, and lifestyle products. Through its marketplace and supplier ecosystem, approved partners can reach millions of customers across the U.S., managing inventory, orders, and fulfilment efficiently via Kroger’s online and in-store channels.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Kroger

To connect Kroger to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:

  • API Key

  • API URL

Note:

If you don’t yet have these details, please log in to your Kroger seller account or contact your account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to the Marketplace seller portal.

  2. Navigate to the API / Integration Settings section.

  3. Copy the base API URL assigned to your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. In the seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to User Settings > API Key.

  3. Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.

⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Kroger Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow these steps to install and configure Kroger as a sales channel in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
    Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to access the store settings.

Step 3: Add Kroger as a Channel

  1. In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  2. Select Kroger from the list of available channels.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

Enter the required details:

  • Channel Name: For example, “Kroger US”.

  • API URL: Paste the API URL from your supplier portal.

  • API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

Depending on your integration requirements, you may configure:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

  • Fulfilment & Shipment Updates

Click Save when complete.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  1. After saving, you’ll return to the Kroger channel overview.

  2. Toggle Is Active at the top to enable the integration.
