Neuro Orders Guide
The Orders page in Neuro serves as a central dashboard for viewing, managing, and exporting order data across all connected stores. Users can filter and search orders by multiple criteria, access detailed order and customer information, and track fulfilment progress with ease. Export functionality allows order data to be downloaded in Excel or CSV format for further analysis or reporting - making this page an essential tool for streamlined order management.

Overview
The Orders page in Neuro provides a comprehensive interface for managing and tracking orders across multiple stores. This central hub enables users to:
Select a store to view its associated orders.
Filter and search orders by various criteria.
Access detailed order information, including customer details and fulfilment status.
Export order data in Excel or CSV format.

Accessing the Orders Page
To navigate to the Orders page:
Locate the left-hand menu.
Click on "Orders".
Click to Maximise the Image.

Managing Orders
Viewing and Filtering Orders
Select a store from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
All orders linked to the chosen store will be displayed.
Use the filter bar at the top to refine results based on:
Order ID
Remote Order ID
Remote Alt ID
Product SKU
Click the check boxes to update the results.
To clear filters, uncheck the boxes you would like to unselect.
The system will automatically update the results.
Accessing Order Details
Locate an order in the list and click the edit icon in the actions column.
The order details page will display:
General Order Information – Order ID, date, status, payment details, and shipment method.
Customer Details – Customer name, contact details, shipping address, and invoice address.
Order Items – A breakdown of purchased items, including quantity and pricing.
Order History – A timeline of all actions related to the order.
System-generated actions and user-initiated actions are clearly distinguished.
Exporting Orders
Click the "Actions” button top-right corner of the screen.
Click "Export Orders".
Select a date range and preferred file format (Excel or CSV).
Neuro will process the request and send a download link to your registered email.
By following these steps, users can efficiently manage order records, track fulfilment statuses, and export order data seamlessly in Neuro.
