What is Mirakl

Mirakl is a leading enterprise marketplace platform that enables retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers to launch and scale their own online marketplaces. It allows businesses to partner with third-party sellers and expand product offerings without holding inventory. Mirakl provides robust tools for seller onboarding, catalogue management, order handling, and transaction tracking - all while offering a scalable, secure, and highly customisable infrastructure.

By integrating Mirakl with Neuro, you can automate order processing, maintain real-time stock accuracy, and streamline fulfilment operations across your marketplace activity.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Mirakl

To connect Mirakl to Neuro, you’ll need two key pieces of information:

  • API Key

  • API URL

Note: If you do not yet have these credentials, log in to your Mirakl seller account or contact your Mirakl account representative for assistance.

Follow these steps to retrieve them:

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Go to your Mirakl back office and navigate to your seller portal.

  2. Copy the first part of the URL in your browser address bar.
    Example: https://company-name.mirakl.com

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. Log in to your Mirakl seller account.

  2. Click on your username in the top right corner and select User Settings.

  3. Click the API Key tab.

  4. Click Generate to create your API key.

⚠️ Be sure to store your API key securely. It provides access to your account and must be kept confidential.

Installing the Mirakl Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure Mirakl as a sales channel in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store. Enter a store name and click the pencil (edit) icon to open its settings.

Step 3: Add Mirakl as a Channel

  • In the Channels section of your store, click + ADD.

  • From the list of available channels, select Mirakl.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

  • Channel Name: Choose a name that is easily recognisable (e.g., “Mirakl UK” or “Mirakl Marketplace”) for internal reference.

  • API URL: Enter the base URL of your Mirakl seller portal (e.g., https://company-name.mirakl.com).

  • API Key: Paste the API key you generated in your Mirakl user settings.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

You may also configure optional settings depending on your integration needs:

  • Order Management

  • Stock Management

  • Nominal Code (optional for accounting)

When complete, click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  • You will return to the Mirakl channel view.

  • Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the channel.
