What is Mintsoft?

Mintsoft is a cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) designed for eCommerce retailers, fulfilment houses, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). It enables businesses to manage inventory, orders, picking, packing, shipping, and returns from a single platform. By integrating Mintsoft with Neuro, you can centralise fulfilment operations and ensure accurate, real-time data flow across your connected sales channels.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Mintsoft

To connect Mintsoft to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:

  • Username

  • Password

Note:

If you don’t yet have these details, log in to your Mintsoft account or contact your Mintsoft Account Manager or onboarding representative for assistance.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to your Mintsoft dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API Settings.

  3. Copy the base API URL associated with your Mintsoft environment.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. In the Mintsoft dashboard, go to Settings.

  2. Select API & Webhooks or API Access.

  3. Click Generate API Key to create a new key.

⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely — it provides direct access to your fulfilment and inventory data.

Installing the Mintsoft Integration in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure Mintsoft in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
    Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to access the store settings.

Step 3: Add Mintsoft as a Channel

  1. In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  2. Select Mintsoft from the list of available channels.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

Enter the required details:

  • Channel Name: For example, “Mintsoft WMS”.

  • API URL: Paste the API URL from your Mintsoft account.

  • API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

Depending on your operational requirements, you may configure:

  • Order Sync

  • Stock Synchronisation

  • Fulfilment & Shipment Updates

Click Save when complete.

Step 6: Activate the Channel

  1. After saving, you will return to the Mintsoft channel overview.

  2. Toggle Is Active at the top to activate the integration.
