Overview

In Neuro, product data synchronisation with your sales channels is automated. However, if you need to manually refetch product updates, you can do so effortlessly using the settings within your account. Follow the steps below to ensure your product information remains up to date.

Steps to Refetch Product Updates on Neuro

  1. Access Your Account
    Log in to your Neuro account and navigate to the left-hand menu.

  2. Open Store Settings
    Click on the "Stores" button to view your connected sales channels.

  3. Select the Relevant Store
    Locate the store linked to your sales channel and click the pencil (edit) icon next to it.

  4. Select the Sales Channel
    Within the store settings, find the specific sales channel you want to update and click the pencil (edit) icon next to it.

  5. Enable Product Refetching
    Scroll to the Order Management section and ensure that "Stock Management" is enabled. Then, toggle on "Refetch Products".

  6. Save Changes and Sync
    Click the Save button to confirm your settings. The system will now initiate the synchronisation process. Please allow some time for the update to complete.

  • If you experience delays in product updates, ensure that your sales channel connection is active and properly configured.
