Through its marketplace and partner programs, approved sellers can reach millions of customers across the U.S., manage product listings, inventory, and fulfilment efficiently through the Kohl's digital and in-store ecosystem.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Kohl's
To connect Kohl's to Neuro, you’ll need the following API credentials:
API Key
API URL
Note:
If you don’t yet have these details, please log in to your Kohl's seller account or contact your account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your API URL
Log in to the Marketplace seller portal.
Navigate to the API / Integration Settings section.
Copy the base API URL assigned to your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key
In the seller portal, click your username in the top-right corner.
Go to User Settings > API Key.
Click Generate to create a new API key for your account.
⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Kohl's Sales Channel in Neuro
Follow the steps below to install and configure Kohl's in your Neuro account.
Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.
Step 2: Select or Create a Store
If a store already exists, click View Store.
If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
Enter a store name and then click the pencil icon to access the store settings.
Step 3: Add Kohl's as a Channel
In the Channels section, click + ADD.
Select Kohl's from the list of available channels.
Step 4: Enter Channel Details
Enter the required details:
Channel Name: For example, “Kohl's US”.
API URL: Paste the API URL from your seller portal.
API Key: Enter the API key you generated earlier.
Step 5: Configure Additional Settings
Depending on your integration requirements, you may configure:
Order Management
Stock Management
Fulfilment & Shipment Updates
Click Save when complete.
Step 6: Activate the Channel
After saving, you’ll return to the Kohl's channel overview.
Toggle Is Active at the top to enable the integration.
