This page provides a complete step-by-step guide to setting up Decathlon as a sales channel within your Neuro account. Once connected, Neuro will handle the flow of orders, stock updates, and fulfilment information automatically, giving you full control from a centralised platform.

What is Decathlon?
Decathlon is a global leader in sporting goods retail, offering high-quality and affordable products across hundreds of sports and activities. With its expanding online marketplace, Decathlon enables third-party sellers to list products and reach millions of active customers across the UK and Europe. By integrating your Decathlon account with Neuro, you can streamline order processing, ensure accurate inventory synchronisation, and improve operational efficiency across your sales channels.

Obtaining Your Decathlon API Credentials
To configure Decathlon in Neuro, you will need the following:
API Key
API URL
📌 Note: These credentials are provided by Decathlon as part of your onboarding. If you do not yet have access, please contact your Decathlon account manager or support representative.

Locate Your API URL
Your API URL is based on your seller portal address.
Example: https://yourstore.decathlon.com

Generate Your API Key
Log in to your Decathlon seller portal.
Click your profile name in the top-right corner.
Navigate to User Settings > API Key.
Click Generate to create a new API key.
Copy and store the key securely for use during setup.

Installing the Decathlon Sales Channel in Neuro
Follow these instructions to connect Decathlon to your Neuro account:

Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
Click Stores from the left-hand navigation panel.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store
Click View Store to open an existing store,
Or click + ADD to create a new one. Name your store and click the pencil icon to configure it.

Step 3: Add Decathlon as a Channel
In the Channels section, click + ADD.
From the list of available sales channels, select Decathlon.

Enter the Following Details
Channel Name: Enter a recognisable name for internal reference (e.g., “Decathlon UK”).
Account Nominal Code (Optional): Used for internal accounting. Leave blank if not needed.
API URL: Paste the full URL for your Decathlon seller portal.
API Key: Paste the API key you generated from your Decathlon account.

Additional Configuration (Optional)
You may also configure options such as:
Order Management
Stock Control
Automated Fulfilment Rules
Click Save once all fields are completed and options are configured.

Activating the Channel
After saving:
Return to the Decathlon channel overview page.
Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the integration.
