Obtaining Your API Credentials from Best Buy
To connect Best Buy Marketplace to Neuro, you will need:
API URL
API Key

If you don’t yet have these credentials, log in to your Best Buy Marketplace seller portal or contact your Best Buy onboarding representative or manager.

How to Find Your API URL
Log in to the Best Buy Marketplace seller portal.
Locate the API or Integration Settings section.
Copy the base API URL displayed for your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key
From the top-right corner of the seller portal, click your username or profile icon.
Navigate to Account Settings > API Access.
Click Generate API Key.
⚠️ Be sure to store this key securely - it provides direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Best Buy Sales Channel in Neuro
Follow these steps to add and configure Best Buy Marketplace in your Neuro account.
Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
From the left-hand menu, click Stores.
Step 2: Select or Create a Store
If a store already exists, click View Store.
If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
Enter a store name and click the pencil icon to open its settings.
Step 3: Add Best Buy as a Channel
In the Channels section, click + ADD.
Select Best Buy from the list of available channels.
Step 4: Enter Channel Details
Complete the required fields:
Channel Name: Enter something recognisable, such as “Best Buy US” or “Best Buy Marketplace”.
API URL: Provide the base API URL for Best Buy.
API Key: Paste the key you generated earlier.
Step 5: Configure Additional Settings
Depending on your workflow, you may configure optional settings such as:
Order Management
Stock Management
When finished, click Save.
Step 6: Activate the Channel
After saving, you will return to the Best Buy channel overview.
Toggle Is Active at the top to enable the integration.
