Obtaining Your API Credentials from Best Buy

To connect Best Buy Marketplace to Neuro, you will need:

  • API URL

  • API Key

Note:

If you don’t yet have these credentials, log in to your Best Buy Marketplace seller portal or contact your Best Buy onboarding representative or manager.

How to Find Your API URL

  1. Log in to the Best Buy Marketplace seller portal.

  2. Locate the API or Integration Settings section.

  3. Copy the base API URL displayed for your seller account or environment.

How to Generate Your API Key

  1. From the top-right corner of the seller portal, click your username or profile icon.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings > API Access.

  3. Click Generate API Key.

Installing the Best Buy Sales Channel in Neuro

Follow these steps to add and configure Best Buy Marketplace in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  1. Log in to your Neuro account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Stores.

Step 2: Select or Create a Store

  • If a store already exists, click View Store.

  • If not, click + ADD to create a new store.
    Enter a store name and click the pencil icon to open its settings.

Step 3: Add Best Buy as a Channel

  1. In the Channels section, click + ADD.

  2. Select Best Buy from the list of available channels.

Step 4: Enter Channel Details

Complete the required fields:

  • Channel Name: Enter something recognisable, such as “Best Buy US” or “Best Buy Marketplace”.

  • API URL: Provide the base API URL for Best Buy.

  • API Key: Paste the key you generated earlier.

Step 5: Configure Additional Settings

When finished, click Save.
