What is Shopline

Shopline is an innovative e-commerce platform founded in Hong Kong in 2013. Shopline serves as a dynamic solution for businesses, mainly catering to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking to establish and manage their online presence. Obtaining your API Keys from Shopline

To link your Shopline account with our products, you'll need the subdomain and access token. The subdomain represents your store's URL, formatted as https://{your-sub-domain}.myshopline.com, and you can find the access token in your platform management panel. If you encounter difficulty locating these credentials, feel free to reach out to your account manager for assistance.

Installing the Shopline Sales Channel

To add the Shopline sales channel to your Neuro account, kindly adhere to the following steps:

  1. Access your account and go to the left side of the screen. Click the "Stores" button.

  2. If you already have a store, click "View Store" on the right side of the screen to access it.

  3. To edit an existing store, click the edit button on the right side. If you need to create a new store, click "+ ADD" above, name it, and use the edit button to make changes.

  4. Click "+ ADD" in the channels section to begin the installation.

  5. A window will appear in the centre of the screen. Choose "Shopline" from the list of available channels.

  6. Provide the required information:

    • Channel Name: In the provided field, you can enter any name you desire. However, it is recommended that you choose a name that has meaning to you, such as "Shopline", as it will serve as an apparent reference for the source of the order in the future.

    • Subdomain: This is where you should enter the name of your store, as it will appear in the URL, such as "https://your-sub-domain.myshopline.com."

    • Access Token: Please enter the information obtained from the Shopline platform, as previously shown. Ensuring that these fields are filled in correctly to access your account is essential.

  7. After filling out the fields, customise other options, then click "Save" in the bottom-right corner.

  8. You'll be back in the recently installed channel. Activate it at the top of the screen using the "Is Active" button.

Congratulations! You've successfully set up your Shopline sales channel on Neuro.

You can now sell products on Shopline and manage orders from your Neuro dashboard.
