What is Fruugo?
Fruugo is a global online marketplace enabling retailers to sell to customers worldwide in multiple languages and currencies. Sellers can list their catalogue, manage orders, and reach international audiences through the Fruugo ecosystem.
Whether you’re launching on Fruugo for the first time or expanding your multi-channel strategy, this guide will walk you through the essential setup to get your Fruugo sales channel up and running within Neuro.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Fruugo
To connect Fruugo to Neuro, you’ll need the following credentials:
Username
Password
Note:
If you don’t yet have these details, log in to your Fruugo seller account or contact your Fruugo account manager or onboarding representative.

How to Find Your Username and Password
Log in to the Fruugo Merchant Centre.
Navigate to Account or API Settings.
Locate your Username and Password (or create/reset as needed).
Store these securely - they provide direct access to your marketplace data.

Installing the Fruugo Sales Channel in Neuro
Follow these steps to install and configure Fruugo as a sales channel in your Neuro account.
Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
From the left-hand navigation, click Stores.
Step 2: Select or Create a Store
If a store already exists, click View Store.
If not, click + ADD to create a new store. Enter a store name and click the pencil (edit) icon to open its settings.
Step 3: Add Fruugo as a Channel
In the Channels section of your store, click + ADD.
From the list of available channels, select Fruugo.
Step 4: Enter Channel Details
Channel Name: Enter a recognisable name (e.g., “Fruugo UK” or “Fruugo”).
Username: Paste your Fruugo API username.
Password: Paste your Fruugo API password.
Step 5: Configure Additional Settings
You may configure optional settings depending on your integration needs:
Order Management
Stock Management
When complete, click Save in the bottom-right corner.
Step 6: Activate the Channel
After saving, you will return to the Fruugo channel view.
Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the integration.
Click to Maximise the Video.
