Installing the Mintsoft Plugin in Neuro

To integrate Mintsoft with your Neuro account, follow the steps below:

1. Access Your Account

   • Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Stores.

2. Select or Add a Store

   • To modify an existing store, click the Edit button next to the store name.

   • To create a new store, click + ADD, enter a name, and then select Edit to configure settings.

3. Install the Mintsoft Plugin

   • Go to the Plugins section and click + ADD to initiate the installation.

   • A new window will appear. From the list of available integrations, select Mintsoft.

4. Enter the Required Information:

   Plugin Name: "Your chosen plugin name" 
   Username: "Your Mintsoft account username" 
   Password: "Your Mintsoft account password" 
   Warehouse (Get Stock Level & Push Order): "Specify the warehouse for stock retrieval and order fulfilment" 
   Client ID (Push Order): "Your client account identifier in Mintsoft" 
   Courier Services (Push Order): "Define courier services for shipping"
   TimeZone: "Select your Timezone from the dropdown list."

5. Stock Management Settings:

   • Add Products to Mintsoft: Enable this option to synchronise your store products with Mintsoft. Ensure product data is first downloaded from sales channels like TikTok before activating this function.

   • Download Products: Fetch product details from the Mintsoft plugin to generate corresponding store products. This also updates product quantities every 3 minutes.

   • Auto Sync Stock: Ensures real-time stock updates across all connected channels every 3 minutes.

6. Order Management Settings:

   • Exclude Unfulfillable Orders: Prevents sending unfulfillable orders to Mintsoft. If an order contains products with insufficient stock, the entire order is withheld from processing.

   • Deduct Stock via Orders: Automatically adjusts Mintsoft stock levels as orders are processed.

7. Finalise the Setup:

   • Click Save at the bottom right to confirm your settings.

   • Activate the connection by toggling the Is Active button at the top of the screen.

Post-Installation Notes

Important: After creating and saving the plugin, allow 3 to 5 minutes for activation and initial data synchronisation.
