Obtaining API Credentials

To set up the Peoplevox integration, you will need API credentials. These can be obtained by contacting your Peoplevox account manager.

Installing the Peoplevox Plugin in Neuro

Follow the steps below to install and configure the Peoplevox plugin in Neuro.

1. Access Your Stores

  • Log into your Neuro account.

  • Navigate to the left-side menu and click "Stores".

2. Select or Create a Store

  • To configure an existing store, click the edit button next to it.

  • To create a new store, click "+ ADD", enter a store name, and then click the edit button.

3. Add the Peoplevox Plugin

  • Navigate to the Plugins section.

  • Click "+ ADD" to initiate installation.

  • From the available plugins list, select "Peoplevox".

4. Configure Plugin Settings

Fill in the following details:

- **Plugin Name**: Assign a name to the plugin for easy reference. 
- **URL**: Enter the API URL provided by Peoplevox. 
- **Client ID**: Enter your Peoplevox-assigned client identifier. 
- **Username**: Input your Peoplevox account username. 
- **Password**: Provide the corresponding password for authentication.

5. Stock Management Options

Add Products to Peoplevox

  • Enable this setting to synchronise your store's products with Peoplevox.

  • If pulling product data from external sales channels (e.g., TikTok), ensure the product download option is activated.

  • Once enabled, products will be added to Neuro first and then transmitted to Peoplevox.

Download Products

  • This option fetches product details from Peoplevox and generates corresponding store products in Neuro.

  • Product quantities are refreshed every 3 minutes to maintain accuracy.

Auto Sync Stock

  • This ensures stock levels remain updated across all channels linked to the store.

  • Synchronisation occurs every 3 minutes to reflect real-time inventory changes.

Order Management

  • Allow Order Split - enables the system to divide a single order into multiple shipments based on product availability, supplier locations, or other logistical constraints.

  • Push Orders to Plugin - allows Neuro to automatically transmit order details to the connected Peoplevox plugin for processing and fulfilment.

6. Save & Activate the Plugin

  • Once all fields are filled, click "Save" at the bottom right.

  • Activate the connection using the "Is Active" toggle at the top of the screen.

Important: After creating and saving the plugin, allow 3 to 5 minutes for activation and initial data synchronisation.
