What is Storelogix?
Storelogix is a warehouse and fulfilment management platform used to control stock, orders, and operational workflows across one or more sites. When integrated with Neuro, Storelogix can act as your fulfilment backbone, ensuring orders and inventory movements flow reliably between systems.
Integrating Storelogix with Neuro allows you to automate order processing, maintain inventory accuracy, and centralise your operations across multiple channels and warehouses.

Step‑by‑Step Integration
Installing the Storelogix Plugin
Follow the steps below to install and configure the Storelogix plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
In the left‑hand navigation menu, click Stores.
To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.
To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the Storelogix Plugin
Within the store, scroll to the Plugins section.
Click + ADD to begin installation.
A pop‑up window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select Storelogix, then click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin
Enter the following information. These credentials and identifiers are used by Neuro to authenticate with Storelogix and route data correctly.
Plugin Name
Enter a descriptive name that will help you easily identify this integration within your Neuro account. For example, “Storelogix Main DC” or “Storelogix – UK Warehouse”.
Client
Enter the Client identifier provided by Storelogix. This usually represents your business or group within the Storelogix environment.
Username
Enter the Username for the Storelogix user that Neuro will use when making API calls. This should be a dedicated integration or service account where possible.
Password
Enter the corresponding Password for the Storelogix username above. Ensure this is kept secure and follows your internal credential policies.
API Username
Enter the API Username issued by Storelogix specifically for API access. This may differ from your standard application login and is often used to control and audit integration traffic.
API Password
Enter the API Password linked to the API Username. This will be used by Neuro to authenticate each request to the Storelogix API.
💡 Tip:
All credentials (Client, Username, Password, API Username, and API Password) are typically supplied by your Storelogix onboarding or technical contact. Copy and paste them carefully, as Storelogix will reject any requests with incorrect values.
Once all fields are completed:
Configure any relevant options (for example, Download Products, Auto Sync Stock, order import frequency, or status mapping).
Ensure all fields are filled in correctly for a successful connection.

Step 4: Connect Your Storelogix Account
Once your plugin is configured:
Use the Copy Connect Link if you need to share the connection URL with an internal team member or partner, or
Trigger any required validation or handshake by following on‑screen instructions specific to the Storelogix integration (for example, test connection or verify credentials).
If additional steps are required by Storelogix (such as IP allow‑listing or token generation), complete those with your Storelogix support contact.

Step 5: Save and Activate
If this is your default fulfilment plugin for this store, toggle “Is Default” on.
Click Save in the bottom‑right corner.
After saving, toggle the “Is Active” switch at the top of the plugin screen to finalise activation.
Default Plugin Note
The Default Plugin serves as the fallback destination for order routing when no specific plugin assignment rule exists. If you’re using multiple plugins (for example, multiple warehouses or carriers), we recommend designating a default and setting clear assignment rules for accurate routing.

Activation Time
Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial checks and data synchronisation with Storelogix. During this time, Neuro will validate your credentials and begin establishing data flows.
