Use Cases

Below are three common scenarios to help you set up Neuro with minimal faff and maximum elegance.

Scenario 1: Selling One Brand on Multiple Platforms

Neuro integrates your brand across multiple marketplaces and regions, then centralises products, orders, and customer data so you can manage everything from one place. You can configure stores and channels via the API Documentation or through our user interface.

Steps to Get Started:

  1. Log in to Your Account:

    Create a store for your business. For step‑by‑step guidance on store creation and editing, see the Stores page. Stores Page.

  2. Set Up Sales Channels:

    Add the marketplaces and platforms you sell on as sales channels in your account. Browse available Integrations and channel setup guides to connect them properly.

  3. Sync Product Stock Levels:

    Keep inventory consistent across all channels and avoid overselling. In Stock Management, enable “Download Products,” “Add to Main Products,” and “Auto Sync Stock.” See Sales Channels for additional details.

  4. Create Fulfilment Data:

    Use an API call to create fulfilment data for your products. Once the data is created, we will synchronise it with your integrated sales channels. You can find further details on creating fulfilment data in our API Docs.

  5. Set Up Plugins or Webhooks:

    If you're working with a fulfilment centre, set up plugins or webhooks to automate the order fulfilment process. You can specify which orders are sent to specific plugins using plugin rules. Learn more about setting up Plugins and Webhooks.

Scenario 2: Selling Multiple Brands on Multiple Platforms

Neuro makes multi‑brand operations civilised and scalable. Create separate stores per brand, each with its own channels, plugins, and webhooks - managed together from one platform.

Steps to Get Started:

  1. Log in and Set Up Multiple Stores:

    Log into your account and create a store for each of your brands. For instructions on creating and editing stores, click About Stores.

  2. Set Up Sales Channels for Each Brand:

    For each brand, add the relevant sales platforms as sales channels. You can find the supported Channel Integrations and their Setup Guides.

  3. Synchronise Product Stock:

    Maintain inventory parity across platforms. In Stock Management, enable “Download Products,” “Add to Main Products,” and “Auto Sync Stock.” See Neuro Sales Channel Integrations for specifics.

  4. Create Fulfilment Data:

    Use an API call to generate fulfilment data for your products, which will then sync with your sales channels. Find more details on creating Fulfilment Data.

  5. Set Up Plugins or Webhooks:

    Automate order fulfilment by setting up plugins or webhooks. Specify which orders are routed to specific plugins using plugin rules. For setup instructions, visit the Plugins and this Webhook pages.

Scenario 3: Fulfilment Centres or Couriers Automating Customer Order Retrieval

If you’re a fulfilment centre or courier, Neuro lets you connect to your customers’ sales channels via API or hosted pages to retrieve orders and process them efficiently.

You can customise hosted pages - formatting, colours, logos, and which channels are displayed - so customers see only what you choose. Configure stores and channels via the API documentation or our user interface.

Steps to Get Started:

  1. Integrate with Neuro:

    First, integrate your system with Neuro through our API. You can find our API documentation or book a call with our technical team for assistance.

  2. Automate Store Creation:

    Configure your system to automatically create a new store whenever a new user is added to your system by sending a Post request. You can find the necessary request in the Stores API Documentation.

  3. Set Up Sales Channels:

    Set up specific Post requests for each sales channel you're working with. This allows you to quickly integrate customers based on the channels they use. Different sales channels require distinct Post calls, which are available in our API documentation.

  4. Utilise Hosted Pages for Customer Self-Integration:

    Alternatively, use Hosted Pages to allow your customers to integrate themselves with Neuro. Customise the page’s format, colours, fonts, logos, and displayed sales channels to control what your customers see. You can find the Post request for creating Hosted Pages, and you can read through our Hosted Pages documentation for more information.

  5. Synchronise Product Stock:

    To synchronise stock levels across your sales channels, modify your Post requests to include "Stock Management," "Download Products," "Add to Main Products," and "Auto Sync Stock" settings. Alternatively, customise the settings through Hosted Pages.

  6. Create Fulfilment Data:

    Use an API call to generate fulfilment data, which will sync across all your integrated sales channels. Click through for more details on Creating Fulfilment Data via API.

  7. Set Up Plugins or Webhooks:

    Finally, you can add Plugins and Webhooks to your customers' stores via API. Each plugin has a unique Post request, click Plugins or Webhooks to find out more.
