What is Unleashed?

Unleashed is an inventory management and stock control platform designed for product-based businesses. It enables you to manage purchasing, production, stock, and sales across multiple warehouses and channels. When integrated with Neuro, Unleashed becomes a core source of truth for inventory and fulfilment data.

Integrating Unleashed with Neuro allows you to automate order processing, maintain inventory accuracy, and centralise your operations across multiple channels, warehouses, and locations.

Step-by-Step Integration

Installing the Unleashed Plugin

Follow the steps below to install and configure the Unleashed plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

Log in to your Neuro account.

In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.

To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the Unleashed Plugin

Within the store, scroll to the Plugins section.

Click + ADD to begin installation.

A pop-up window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select Unleashed, then click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

Enter the following information:

Plugin Name

Enter a descriptive name that will help you easily identify this integration within your Neuro account. For example, “Unleashed – Main Warehouse” or “Unleashed UK Inventory”.

App ID

Enter the App ID from your Unleashed account. This is one of the credentials Unleashed uses to authorise API access from Neuro.

API Key

Enter the corresponding API Key from Unleashed. Together with the App ID, this allows Neuro to securely connect and communicate with your Unleashed environment.

💡 Tip:

You can find your App ID and API Key in your Unleashed account’s API settings. Copy and paste these values directly to avoid typos, as Unleashed will reject any requests with incorrect credentials.

Set Default Location

Select or enter the Default Location that Neuro should use when creating or updating stock and orders in Unleashed. This typically corresponds to your primary warehouse or fulfilment location in Unleashed.

If you operate multiple locations, ensure you choose the most appropriate default for this plugin instance. Additional routing rules can be configured separately within Neuro if needed.

Once all fields are completed:

Configure any relevant options (for example, Download Products, Auto Sync Stock, order import rules, or status mapping).

Ensure all fields are filled in correctly for a successful connection.

Step 4: Connect Your Unleashed Account

Once your plugin is configured:

Use the Copy Connect Link if you need to share the connection URL with an internal team member or implementation partner, or

Trigger any available Test Connection or similar validation step (if shown) to confirm Neuro can successfully connect to Unleashed using your App ID and API Key.

If Unleashed requires any additional configuration (such as IP allow-listing or permissions changes), complete those steps in your Unleashed account before proceeding.

Step 5: Save and Activate

If this is your default inventory or fulfilment plugin for this store, toggle “Is Default” on.

Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

After saving, toggle the “Is Active” switch at the top of the plugin screen to finalise activation.

Default Plugin Note

The Default Plugin serves as the fallback destination for order routing when no specific plugin assignment rule exists. If you’re using multiple plugins (for example, multiple WMS/ERP systems or external channels), we recommend designating a default and setting clear assignment rules for accurate routing.

Activation Time

Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial data synchronisation with Unleashed. During this time, Neuro will validate your credentials and begin establishing data flows between systems.
