Setting Up Linnworks with Neuro

This guide walks you through authorising Linnworks, connecting Linnworks to Neuro, and configuring a custom Identifier so only the intended orders are synced.

Tips & troubleshooting

  • Owner account required: If installation fails, confirm you’re using the Linnworks Owner Account.

  • Token accuracy: If the connection fails, re‑paste the App Auth Token and check for stray spaces or characters.

  • Identifier application: Ensure your rules correctly apply SENDTONEURO; only orders containing this identifier will sync.

  • Location filters: Even tagged orders must match your configured locations.

  • Refresh: After changes, refresh Linnworks and allow Neuro a moment to update.
