This page provides a step-by-step guide to connecting your Marketplacer account to Neuro. You’ll learn how to obtain the required credentials and configure your sales channel settings, enabling seamless order and inventory synchronisation between Marketplacer and your Neuro dashboard.

What is Marketplacer?
Marketplacer is an Australian-headquartered SaaS platform that lets retailers, brands, and B2B businesses run online marketplaces — connecting many third-party sellers/suppliers into a single storefront. It handles seller onboarding, product catalogues, orders, payments split, and integrates with platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, and Salesforce.

Obtaining Your API Credentials from Marketplacer
To connect Marketplacer to Neuro, you’ll need specific API credentials, which are issued directly by Marketplacer.
Note: If you have not received your credentials, please contact your Marketplacer Partner Manager or onboarding representative to request access.
Ensure you obtain the following:
Hostname
API key
Once you have these credentials, you are ready to complete the integration process below.

Installing the Marketplacer Sales Channel in Neuro
Follow the steps below to install and configure Marketplacer as a sales channel in your Neuro account.
Step 1: Access the Stores Section
Log in to your Neuro account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.
Step 2: Select or Create a Store
If a store already exists, click View Store.
If not, click + ADD to create a new store. Enter a store name and click the pencil (edit) icon to open its settings.
Step 3: Add Marketplacer as a Channel
In the Channels section of your store, click + ADD.
From the list of available channels, select Marketplacer.
Enter the following information:
Channel Name: Choose a name for internal reference (e.g., "Marketplacer Channel").
Account Nominal Code: This is optional and used for billing.
Hostname: Provided by Marketplacer.
API Key: Provided by Marketplacer.
Step 4: Configure Additional Settings
Depending on your integration needs, you may configure additional options such as:
Order Management
Stock Management
When complete, click Save in the bottom-right corner.
Step 5: Activate the Channel
You will return to the Marketplacer channel view.
Toggle the Is Active switch at the top of the screen to enable the channel.
Your Marketplacer integration is now live. Neuro will begin synchronising orders, stock levels, and fulfilment updates according to your configured preferences.
