What is Sprint Logistics?

Sprint Logistics is a fulfilment and distribution provider that supports eCommerce and retail businesses with warehousing, pick and pack, and shipping services. It helps brands store inventory, process orders, and deliver parcels to customers across multiple markets.

Integrating Sprint Logistics with Neuro allows you to automatically send orders to Sprint Logistics, keep inventory levels aligned between systems, and manage fulfilment centrally from your Neuro dashboard.

Step-by-Step Integration

Installing the Sprint Logistics Plugin

Follow the steps below to install and configure the Sprint Logistics plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

  • To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.

  • To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the Sprint Logistics Plugin

  • Within the store, scroll to the Plugins section.

  • Click + ADD to begin installation.

  • A pop-up window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select Sprint Logistics, then click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

Enter the following information:

API Key:

Enter the API Key provided by Sprint Logistics. This key is used to authenticate Neuro when it sends requests such as order data, inventory updates, or status queries.

Password:

Enter the Password associated with your Sprint Logistics API access. This works together with the API Key to securely authorise Neuro’s connection.

💡 Tip:

Treat your API Key and Password as sensitive credentials. Store them securely and avoid sharing them in chats or documents. If either of these values is changed or regenerated in Sprint Logistics, you must update them in the Sprint Logistics plugin configuration in Neuro to maintain connectivity.

You can obtain these credentials from your Sprint Logistics portal or by contacting your Sprint Logistics account manager or support team.

Ensure both fields are completed accurately before proceeding.

Step 4: Connect Your Sprint Logistics Account

Once your plugin is configured:

  • Use the Copy Connect Link to send to a reseller, or

  • Click Connect to authenticate with your Sprint Logistics account.

  • You’ll be redirected to Sprint Logistic’s authentication portal to complete setup.

Neuro will attempt to authenticate using the credentials you provided and confirm that it can successfully communicate with Sprint Logistics.

If authentication is successful, you will see a confirmation message and the plugin status will update.

If the connection fails, double-check that the API Key and Password are correct, active, and match what is configured in Sprint Logistics before trying again.

Step 5: Save and Activate

  • If this is your default plugin, toggle “Is Default” on.

  • Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

  • After saving, toggle the “Is Active” switch at the top of the plugin screen to finalise activation.

Default Plugin Note

The Default Plugin serves as the fallback destination for order routing when no specific plugin assignment rule exists. If you’re using multiple plugins, we recommend designating a default and setting clear assignment rules for accurate routing.

Activation Time

Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial data synchronisation with Sprint Logistics.
