What is Duisport?

Duisport provides warehousing, logistics, and distribution services that support brands and retailers with storage, handling, and outbound shipping. It helps businesses manage inventory, process orders efficiently, and coordinate transport across multiple markets.

Integrating Duisport with Neuro allows you to automatically send orders to the warehouse, keep inventory levels aligned between systems, and manage fulfilment centrally from your Neuro dashboard.

Step-by-Step Integration

Installing the Duisport Plugin

Follow the steps below to install and configure the Duisport plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

• Log in to your Neuro account.

• In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

• To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.

• To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the Duisport Plugin

• Within the store, scroll to the Plugins section.

• Click + ADD to begin installation.

• A pop-up window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select Duisport, then click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

Enter the following information:

URL:

Enter the Duisport API or endpoint URL provided by Duisport. This is the address Neuro will use to send requests such as order data and inventory updates.

The URL should match exactly what is supplied by Duisport or your Duisport support team. If your Duisport environment has multiple endpoints (for example, sandbox and production), make sure you use the correct one for this integration.

Warehouse ID:

Enter the Warehouse ID assigned to your Duisport facility. Neuro uses this value to ensure orders, stock movements, and queries are associated with the correct warehouse in Duisport.

Username:

Enter the Username configured for API or web service access in Duisport. This may be a dedicated integration user rather than a standard portal login, depending on how your Duisport account is set up.

Password:

Enter the Password associated with the Username above. This credential must have permission to create and update orders, access inventory data, and perform the operations required for your integration.

💡 Tip:

Treat the URL, Warehouse ID, Username, and Password as sensitive credentials. Store them securely and avoid sharing them in chats or documents. If any of these values are changed or regenerated in Duisport, you must update them in the Duisport plugin configuration in Neuro to maintain connectivity.

• Default Plugin Toggle: Enable this if you want Duisport to be the fallback option for orders.

• Marketplace or Region: Select your relevant Duisport market (if applicable).

• Configure any relevant options (e.g., Download Products, Auto Sync Stock, etc.).

• Ensure all fields are filled in correctly for a successful connection.

Step 4: Connect Your Duisport Account

Once your plugin is configured:

• Use the Copy Connect Link to send to a reseller, or

• Click Connect to authenticate with your Duisport account.

• You’ll be redirected to Duisport authentication portal to complete setup.

Step 5: Save and Activate

• If this is your default plugin, toggle “Is Default” on.

• Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

• After saving, toggle the “Is Active” switch at the top of the plugin screen to finalise activation.

Default Plugin Note

The Default Plugin serves as the fallback destination for order routing when no specific plugin assignment rule exists. If you’re using multiple plugins, we recommend designating a default and setting clear assignment rules for accurate routing.

Activation Time

Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial data synchronisation with Duisport.
